Lindsay Lohan is a young actress and singer that is well known the world over. The starlet was born on July 2, 1986 and named Lindsay Dee Lohan. She was born in New York City and grew up on Long Island, New York. Lindsay was the oldest of the children in her family and was the child of a one time actor dad, Michael Lohan, and a mother who claims to have been a Rockette, Donata Sullivan. Thanks to her parents she definitely had show business in her genes! Those who are close to Lindsay have always known that she could sing as well as she could act, but she first showed her ability to sing to the world when she sang the closing theme for the Freaky Friday soundtrack. Lohan again shared her pipes with the world when she recorded four songs for the Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen soundtrack. Both of these attempts were appreciated by her fans, and many state that it was when they heard her sing that they really became Lindsay fans!.In 2004 Lindsay Lohan began working with musical genius Tommy Motola who helped her produce and release her first album entitled Speak. Lindsay Lohan has had quite the film career over the last ten years. While many didn’t really notice Lohan until 2003 when she appeared in Freaky Friday she has actually been around for a lot longer than that. Lindsay’s acting career began in 1998 when she stared in The Parent Trap where she played Hallie Parker and Annie James. In 2000 Lindsay Lohan stared in a made for television movie called Life-Size where she played Casey Mitchell. Two years later she stared in another made for television movie entitled Get a Clue, where she played the role of Lexy Gold.
